Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
1. Introduction
Marko Krulc (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you play Rev Rush: Pixel Moto Runner (the “Game”).
2. The short version
- No ads. We do not serve third-party advertisements in the Game, which means there are no ad trackers collecting your data.
- No data selling. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with data brokers.
- Offline play. You can play the Game entirely offline without sending us any data.
3. Information we collect
If you choose to use the online features of the Game (specifically the Global Leaderboard), we may collect and store the following:
- Gameplay data — your high scores, lap times, run statistics and in-game username.
- Authentication data — an anonymous identifier provided by your platform’s gaming service (such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games) to authenticate your score on the leaderboard.
- Analytics and crash logs — we may use standard diagnostic tools (provided by Apple, Google or our game engine) to collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage metrics to help us fix bugs and improve the Game.
4. Website analytics
This section is about revrush.net, not the Game.
The website can use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies and processes your IP address (shortened where Google supports it).
It does not run unless you allow it. On your first visit a banner asks; nothing from Google is downloaded until you press Accept. If you press Decline, no analytics script is ever loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
Your choice is stored on your own device and you can change it at any time: reset my analytics choice.
We never combine this with anything from inside the Game, and we do not use it for advertising. Google’s own terms apply to the data it receives as a processor.
5. In-app purchases
The Game offers a single, optional in-app purchase (“Premium”). All transactions are processed securely by the storefront (Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not collect, process or have access to your payment information, credit card details or billing address.
6. How we use your information
We use the collected data solely to:
- maintain and display the Global Leaderboard;
- provide customer support;
- analyse bugs and improve game performance.
7. Children’s privacy
The Game is suitable for a general audience. Because we do not run third-party ads or collect personally identifiable information (such as names or email addresses, outside of voluntary support requests), we are fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
