1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or playing Rev Rush: Pixel Moto Runner (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
2. Licence to play
Marko Krulc grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. Intellectual property
All rights, title and interest in and to the Game — including but not limited to pixel art, graphics, music, code, UI/UX design and the “Rev Rush” brand — are owned by Marko Krulc. You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute or create derivative works based on the Game.
4. In-app purchases (Premium)
The Game offers a one-time optional “Premium” unlock.
- Billing. Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective storefront according to their refund policies. Marko Krulc cannot process refunds directly.
- Restoring purchases. You can restore your Premium unlock on a new device provided you are logged into the same Apple or Google account used to make the purchase.
5. User conduct and leaderboards
The Global Leaderboard is designed to compare pure riding skill. You agree not to:
- use cheats, hacks, exploits or third-party software to alter your score or game mechanics;
- submit offensive, inappropriate or harmful usernames to the leaderboard.
We reserve the right to remove your scores, ban your account from the leaderboard or reset your progress if we detect cheating or inappropriate conduct.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Game will be completely free of bugs or errors, or that it will be uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marko Krulc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
